When used properly, CRMs are the most powerful tool a small business or team can have. Implementing CRMs however, can be overwhelming and difficult. We are experts in building out CRMs unique to our client's needs. Skype in the Classroom needed a way to manage their partner relationships and track growth within their educator community.
We worked with them to first develop their team's priorities, which they decided was to grow their user base and drive those users to Microsoft Teams for connections. Once we defined their goals, we cleaned up the data they had available and prepared it for upload. We led the process with Salesforce to get them signed up, on-boarded and built out their CRM for their unique recruiting needs.
This allowed their team to keep all of their recruiting work in one place and automated many of their work processes, allowing them to focus on what they did best, recruiting.
